Unless expressly stated otherwise, website content is provided for general information and does not constitute a confirmed booking, contractual offer, professional advice or guarantee that a particular program will be available.

3. Eligibility

You may use this website only if you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.

Persons below the age of 18 should use the website, submit information or register interest only with the knowledge and supervision of a parent, lawful guardian, teacher or authorised institution.

  • availability of accommodation;
  • acceptance of a subject matter expert;
  • appointment as an employee or facilitator;
  • partnership with Green Guide; or
  • a contractual obligation on Green Guide.

A booking or engagement is confirmed only after Green Guide provides written confirmation and any required documentation or payment has been completed.

Where program-specific terms conflict with these Website Terms, the program-specific terms will govern that program.

7. Educational and Field-Based Activities

Green Guide programs may involve outdoor environments, forests, rural landscapes, protected areas, heritage locations and other field settings.

Website information should not be treated as:

  • medical advice;
  • legal advice;
  • wildlife-handling instructions;
  • permission to enter a protected or restricted location;
  • a substitute for trained supervision; or
  • a guarantee that an activity is suitable for every individual.

Participants must follow all instructions provided by Green Guide, schools, venue authorities, forest officials, naturalists, facilitators and authorised personnel.

8. Wildlife and Nature Disclaimer

Nature and wildlife experiences are inherently variable.

Green Guide does not guarantee:
